Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor. Recently upgraded with tile flooring, new countertops, and cabinets. Furnished with a queen size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. Excellent VRBO!

We stayed at the Scottdale Park Suites from Mar 18 - 22, 2024. The property is as advertised and in an excellent location (adjacent to massive park). Staff were very accommodating (early check-in) and the property is very conducive to meeting new friends. Pool and common area had plenty of fun activities and were kept in clean and immaculate condition. The included golf at Continental was a great bonus. The suite itself, although a little dated, was excellent. We would definitely book there again!

Old and small, but clean and efficient.

Mostly quiet, despite the construction. Only had a cement mixer outside our bedroom for a short time. Amenities looked good, but we didn’t use them.

Near McDowell

Everything was clean and functional for an older apartment complex. Pool and hot tub were always warm even on colder days. Being that it was an older complex every unit was on heat only for the time I was there. Some days I would have liked a little A/C but that will be turned on in the spring sometime.
