Being in our home will make you feel as if you live here with everything you need to enjoy the downtown Asheville vibe. Our condo is one of 8 units in an 1899 building which was the first condo conversion in downtown Asheville in 1995. It is filled with art books and an eclectic mix of contemporary and mid-century modern art and furniture. Open floor plan offers a cozy gas fire place in living area with separate dining area. Recently renovated gourmet kitchen with gas range. Bedroom has walk-in closet/office with olympic queen bed, and bedside lamps perfect for reading. Deep tub and shower combination in newly refurbished bathroom. We use environmentally friendly cleaning and laundry products, perfect for people who are sensitive to fragrance and chemicals. Our furnished private 6'x12' balcony allows for additional area for your dining pleasure to enjoy city scape and mountain view. Free parking space next to the building included.

Location, location, location !

This is a great apartment in a wonderful location for exploring Asheville ! The apartment was very clean, with contemporary and comfy decor, well stocked galley kitchen, very comfy bed, and a nice balcony with table and 4 chairs and a retractable awning. The location cannot be beat for exploring downtown Asheville - just steps from Pritchard Park and the drum circle, near the old Woolworth and Kress stores which are now art emporiums, walking distance to great breweries and fabulous restaurants in every direction. We only used the car to go to the Biltmore House and Trader Joe's. Asheville is a wonderful town with a great vibe - we hope to be back before too long !
