Gorgeous newly decorated 3 Bedroom Townhome minutes from Clearwater Beach
This 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath, bright & airy townhome with high ceilings and an open loft is minutes from Clearwater Beach, restaurants, shopping and rec centers The main floor has a master bedroom, with a king bed and an ensuite, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and an attached 2 car garage. The two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath are upstairs.
The kitchen is equipped for 4 adults, and includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven and fridge.
The home is located in the downtown neighborhood with parks, lakes and the world renowned Clearwater Beach home of pristine white sand beaches, clear gulf waters, warm sunshine, and plenty of hospitality
Clearwater beach and pier 60 with all the nightlife, restaurants and a quaint shopping area is a short seven minute drive or 20 min bus ride which is quite pleasant. Keep your camera handy when entering the causeway. The Bay offers a lovely view. Stay a bit longer to view the Sunset, which is different everyday at different times of the year – all of which are spectacular The Pinellas Trail is nearby and Bicycles can be rented for those who are ambitious enough to ride out to the beach, or get in a workout and jog to the beach.

Clearwater Mall (13 mins away) and Westfield Countryside (17 mins away) are two of the largest nearby malls.
