The description on expedia says luxurious ocean views, but there are NO water views. Rather the noisy street in front of the hotel. I contacted host and was told they were unaware of the advertisement posted to expedia. As such, they offered to refund my fee or I could stay and they would give me a $50 credit. I asked for $50 per day and was then told, they would only do $50 and only refund me my original fee less a cleaning fee? I had only been in the unit for a few minutes before I alerted the host of the problem. The unit is dated and it could use a deep cleaning. Also, the curtains were sheer--not black out--making it hard to sleep in. Very concerning for such a great location.

First, were also told the room had an ocean view, which it clearly did not. The room was facing the street and extremely noisy. Upon arrival, there was no shampoo, conditioner, etc that our other rooms always have. The room is fairly outdated. There was no fan in the bathroom and the shower fixture was corroded and very sharp. There were no dressers to put your clothes, swimsuits, etc. - although there were some shelves, one of the chairs were broken, the microwave was also broken- pieces to it (handle & another piece) were in the cupboard. There was no pans to fix any food in the oven. The dishes were chipped. There were no containers to store any food in for the next day. Was definitely grateful it had a Pure Water filtered pitcher for water! The sink drained extremely slow. There was a broom but no dustpan (would’ve swept up after ourselves if there had been). There were no beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, beach towels, etc (like all the other units we’ve stayed in). Overall, we had a pleasant stay- but the unit is definitely outdated and in need of some repairs! And it does NOT face the ocean- which was quite a disappointment (after being told it did).

We want your stay to be enjoyable and finding the right match for you is key. As a general guideline, there are many different types of buildings for example: Condo/Hotels have amenities our guest can access without resort fees. Upon arrival, we meet our guests personally to check-in and answer any questions. If your arrival is in the evening we can make arrangements.

We are located at Kuhio Village Towers in the center of the lobby (Hawaii Dream Realty) across from the AOAO office. Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday (9:30 am-4:30 pm). Sat-Sun (9:30 am- 3:00 pm). We look forward to hosting you in one of our vacation rentals and helping to make your stay a fantastic one.
