We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little Studio in Des Moines. The location is great - right next to the Capital and Interstate. Will be back again soon :)

The host was great for communication and the apartment was okay. It was small.. the listing says spacious, but in reality it's smaller than a decent hotel room. While it was nice to have the kitchen and washer, just know this is a tiny "studio" apartment that really is nothing more than a glorified hotel room. There was only one small towel for the shower, one hand towel, but no washcloth. There were also no seasonings at all (although I left salt, pepper, and garlic powder for whoever comes next). Parking was somewhat challenging but not too bad. One night I had to park half a block away because nothing close was open. There are trains nearby that come through in the middle of the night, the building smells bad, and the AC is super loud. Overall I'd give it a 6.8/10 given the pricepoint. You get what you pay for, but I do wish there had been a little more here.
