The studio features a plush queen bed and loveseat pull-out, best suited for a child or smaller guest, along with a kitchenette equipped for light cooking with an induction cooktop, air fryer, microwave, fridge, and fully stocked coffee bar for both hot and iced coffee. High-speed Wi-Fi and self check-in make your stay easy and stress-free whether you’re visiting for work or relaxation.
Step outside to enjoy your private patio with outdoor seating — the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a beach day. The property features a paved driveway, privacy hedge, designated parking directly beside the unit, and additional parking if needed. The entire home is connected to a reverse osmosis water filtration system, providing clean, delicious drinking water and amazing showers.
Guests are also welcome to visit the chickens at the back of the property! Feel free to bring approved kitchen scraps or leftovers (they love treats — just avoid citrus). Please ensure the coop is secured if visiting.
Guests enjoy complete privacy with a separate entrance, private patio, and dedicated parking area. Another private unit on the property may be occupied during your stay, but both spaces are fully separate with individual entrances and parking.

• Up to 1 hour late: $50 • Up to 2 hours late: $100 • Past 12:00 PM: Up to the cost of one additional night if cleaning schedules or incoming guests are impacted

Maximum occupancy: 3 adults.
For the safety, security, and comfort of all guests and residents on the property, all guests and visitors must be disclosed and approved through the reservation.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized overnight guests may result in:
• Additional charges of $50 per person, per night • Immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund for serious or repeated violations

Please do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, grease, or any foreign objects down the toilet.
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Bedding, blankets, pillows, and indoor linens may not be taken outside. Items damaged by outdoor use, including embedded mulch or debris, may require replacement at the guest’s expense.
The property is monitored by recorded exterior security cameras for safety and security purposes only.

Guests are fully responsible for any injuries, damages, odors, stains, excessive pet hair, disturbances, or additional cleaning caused by their pets.
Service animals are always welcome. However, guests must notify the host in advance if they will be bringing a service animal. Service animals must be under control at all times and may not be left unattended. Guests remain responsible for any damage, mess, or additional cleaning required as a result of the service animal.

SMOKING & EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEES
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
If smoking or vaping occurs indoors, a $250 smoke remediation fee will be charged to cover additional cleaning, deodorizing, and treatment of the space. Guests may also be responsible for additional costs required to restore the unit, including damage to furnishings or loss of rental income if the unit cannot be occupied.
The standard cleaning fee covers normal cleaning after a stay. Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning beyond a normal turnover, including but not limited to:
• Excessive trash or food waste • Stains or spills • Bodily fluids • Excessive pet hair • Strong or lingering odors • Furniture, linen, or carpet cleaning beyond normal use • Any other condition requiring additional labor or professional cleaning
Additional charges will be based on the cleaning, remediation, repair, or replacement actually required.

The pull out couch left a lot to desire as a bed for an 80 year old. But it would be fine for a kid. No way to cook except a microwave. Other than that everything was fine

I did want to clarify that the space does include an induction cooktop stored in the kitchen cabinet, along with pots, pans, and a toaster, and there’s also an air fryer available on the counter. These amenities, as well as the sleeping arrangements, are all listed in the property description.

I stayed here due to the 20 minute drive to Ave Maria, where my child attends the university. Easy to get to. Anastasia did a phenomenal job responding to any problems, questions or concerns I had either before or during the trip. Place is very suitable especially if you want more of just a place to stay overnight instead of staying in a hotel.Extremely clean, comfortable bed, and quality pillows! The only issue I had was every once in awhile the neighbor’s dog would bark out back which you could easily hear into the property but not a problem as it wasn’t continuous. I would definitely come back and stay again!
Due to my itinerary,I needed a late check-in. I had a little trouble with the door code and contacted Anastasia. She was amazing and took my call even though it was late evening. This little cottage worked out perfect for my daughter and I. The location is very close to Ave Maria University so it works out perfectly if you are visiting. The unit stays very cool and everything was found as described in the listing. I would definitely stay again!
