Inside this cozy top-floor, one-bedroom unit discover 300 square feet of charm and comfort. In the living room, a large comfortable leather sofa invites relaxation, accompanied by a 19” TV equipped with cable/DVD for your entertainment. In the bedroom, you'll find a queen-size bed, small dresser and a convenient clothes rack to easily stow all your Summer or Winter mountain apparel.

The fully-loaded kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials: cooking and dining utensils, a refrigerator, small stove, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker to kickstart your day. Gather around the table for three and savor a delicious homemade meal in the comfort of your own unit.

And Park Meadows Lodge doesn't stop at cozy accommodations! The large chalet-style lobby is a warm and inviting space for all, featuring a 360-degree gas fireplace - an ideal setting for socializing within the rustic ambiance of this ski lodge-style space, complete with soaring vaulted ceilings and wooden walls. Invite your friends to test their skills in a friendly match of pool, ping pong, or foosball, with dedicated tables available on various levels throughout the complex. Very small but close to everything!

Check in process was smooth and the property is very close to main street. Our TV didn't work but we didn't spend enough time in the room to notice.

Great experience

Great experience all around! Very clean and quiet. Utilized great rooms for billiards, games and the hot tub. Walking distance to Main Street, with lots of cute shops and restaurants, and hikes. Would recommend for a 1-2 person stay.

Compact, nothing fancy, but it had all that my adult daughter and I needed for a Summit County ski trip. Everything worked, and we had enough kitchen facilities for breakfasts and an occasional dinner. Excellent location, an easy walk to main street restaurants and shops. The on-call shuttle to take us to the lifts or bring us home was an unexpected benefit.

Cozy place in the heart of Breckinridge!

The best thing about this is how cozy it was, with still a lot of room. They even have an outside bunk for ski equipment and a nice lobby area to hangout outside the room, quick walk to Main Street! The bed was super board hard so we decided to sleep on the pullout couch, which wasn’t good but better than the bed.
