I really enjoyed my stay here. It was a great location, just off Main Street with easy access to the slopes. I had an issue upon arrival with wifi access, but the property worked quickly to fix it and get me online. Other than that, the property was clean and well-equipped--perfect for my solo stay. My only (minor) complaints were that (1) you can hear quite a bit from the surrounding units, but no one was excessively loud and the property kindly provided earplugs and eye masks in case you need them; and (2) I thought the water had a slightly heavy/metallic taste and smell--fine for cooking and cleaning, but I chose to buy bottled water for drinking.

The check-in process was extremely easy, the location was absolutely perfect. It was a little bit small but that is stated in the listing. It absolutely can fit 4 people however 2 was comfortable fit.

The unit was clean and fairly comfortable. We didn’t interact directly with any staff but the instructions they sent were great. Water pressure in the shower was inconsistent and the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Kitchenette was well stocked. Super walkable to town!

We only stayed for the night and really only used the place to sleep. We did enjoy the communal area very much. We loved the fire pit and the ping pong downstairs. The only thing and this is me being nitpicky is the bed frame could use some tightening up. Nothing serious at all. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the next time we stay in Breck we know where to go.

A bit small, I should have listened to the reviews and listing (2 people)

The location was awesome and I wish I had just taken the warning of using a max of 2 people to heart. It's basically not possible to have 4 people in here without forcing one party to stay in the bedroom until the pull-out couch party wakes up.

We had an easy check-in and found the property to be a good value for the price. The location is just a short walk to Main Street. One downside was that the amenities closed at 10 PM, which felt a bit early. There’s no central front desk after hours, so if issues come up late at night, there’s limited help available. For example, we had a problem with the oven and stove not being able to run at the same time, and emergency maintenance wasn’t available until the next day.

Great spot

Enjoyed staying here. Feels bigger than the listing shows. Great location for everything in Breck. Shower was the only problem. Water pressure was non existent and constantly going from extreme cold to hot. Hard to enjoy a shower. Other than that, I would stay again here.

Cost and Comfortable

It was perfect for my wife and myself. No issues on check-in/out. The place was quiet with only hardly any noisy from the upstairs place that you would get at other places. Extremely easy walk to Main Street and either shuttle bus to slope. The place had all we needed. If you are looking for a nice clean simple small cozy place that is a great location I would recommend. Cheers!
