Located in North Cape Coral, this property offers three bedrooms and two Elegant Bathrooms. Retreating into the spacious Master Suite, with a king bed, you will find an en-suite Master Bathroom featuring a custom shower with a separate toilet area, two vanities, and a walk-in closet. The 2nd Guest Bedroom also offers a King bed, and the 3rd Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed. The guest bathroom has direct access to the pool area. Gourmet kitchen with a sitting island, double sink, dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee station, electric stove, and oven.  Working Office Complete with Desk & Computer Hookups. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.. The sliding door, which opens to the lanai, has been located perfectly next to the living great room and kitchen. The lanai spans the entire length of the House, offering a beautiful, brand-new heated pool & spa (on request), lounge chairs, a sitting area, and BBQ.

Boat Tie up at the Dock and Gulf Access.

9’ clearance bridge and 20 min access to open water.

Great House, modern and well-appointed. We loved staying there. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen are perfect for us, so we enjoy cooking at home.Location was perfect. We had the boat, and we could easily access the Gulf. The property manager answered our questions right away, and the process was easy.We will be back for one month this summer for sure!

Wow ! This house is amazing !! Brand new and had everything we needed and is exactly as in the pictures ! The house is beautifully decorated, modern and very clean. Perfect with a working space !The beds are very comfy and the beddings feels luxurious and plenty of space and a TV in every bedroom !The bathrooms are very luxurious and towels are brand new.The gourmet kitchen is very clean and we loved the seatings by the island, loads of pots and pans, you can prepare many meals in this kitchen.Outside there is a big pool with spa, we loved all that space with lounge furniture and bbq and the view of the canal !The location in north Cape Coral is so perfect, close to Coral Oaks Golf Course and a beautiful community park, Crystal Lake, with play ground, scenic walk paths etc.And its close to Pine Island with amazing sunsets in Bokeelia and great reataurants in Matlacha !The managers was very easy to get in contact with and supernice !We will visit again for sure !!
