An exceptional stay in a beautiful apartment in the best neighborhood. The apartment is beautiful and elegantly furnished. The apartment is located in the best location of Yerevan. Cafes, the wonderful Cascade park, Opera House, and shops surround the property. Between the apartment itself and location, we couldn’t have asked for a more delightful stay.

Great location with all you need to feel at home in Yerevan! Communication with the host was excellent before and during our stay. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve had at a rental. It had anything we needed to be able to prepare our own meals (not that we did that much considering all the great restaurants nearby). I had a few days where I needed to work remotely and the space and internet made it comfortable and easy to do so. It was hot while we were there so the aircon was nice to have. I appreciate the comfy couches in the living room for nights when I just wanted to relax. Finally, the rooms offered drawer space and plenty hangers in the closets which is nice when you are staying somewhere for over a few weeks. We would definitely stay here again as it has the best of both worlds with excellent location and a homey feel.
