Perfect & Relaxing

The location was great, the ocean view and sunset were like a post card. We enjoyed the pickle ball court. The unit could use some updates but I would stay again.

Amazing view

The view was amazing. With family and kids they had the beach and pool (cool in pool) to keep busy. Condo was good. We had a great week.

Island Interlude

This was our first time visiting Tybee Island, and we were very happy with both the quirky, lived-in island vibe, and the modern, spotlessly clean condo. It was spacious, well-equipped, and in a lovely, quiet part of the town. Very positive experience all around!

Love Tybee!!

The place was absolutely perfect and exactly as described! The door was a pain to unlock and keep locked! Which was very aggravating! It toook several tries each time we tried to enter to get it work! The toilets also stayed backed up we called to get them fixed but after multiple days of it happening we just said whatever! All in all was a great stay and we would definitely re-visit

Great Bay side vacation!

The condo is located on the bay side of Tybee island where we saw dolphins everyday and most days all day long. Beaches are somewhat private and very clean. Plenty of great places to eat, shops to visit and other activities available. If you want to rent a golf cart call early, prior to arrival as they go pretty fast but they are street legal and would have been a great thing for our vacation. Condo is in a private gated community which was nice but some of the staff were a little rude and less than helpful on the location of the actual condo. Staff at the office were nice and helpful! We would definitely stay again!

Nice place, parking is an issue

The property management was great. Had us ready way before check in. Things were nice in condo. It has a beautiful view and patio area. It looks exactly like photos. The only issue we really had is.... the condo sleeps 10. However I don't really think it's meant for 10 adults. We were all comfortable, however, with 10 ppl you have 2 parking spots, and one gate key. We knew about the 2 spots. And made other arrangements for the additional vehicles. The one gate key made things a bit inconvenient. They are very strict on premises (not the renters fault, it is the rules of the condo) the one lady stopped me at the gate when I was trying to swipe my group in(abiding by the two car rule) and was telling me I can't swipe in other cars. I had to tell her we had passes and were told 2 vehicles. There are multiple condos there. Building C is 2 parking and the others are only 1. So be aware if u are going with a large group and may need multiple vehicles. It is super inconvenient to have to shuttle everyone on vacation. Otherwise the property was wonderful, location was good for us, and we enjoyed our stay. Tybee Island Rentals was easy peasy and friendly everytime I spoke with anyone. So when I come back I will probably see what they have available.

Great Location, Gross accomidations

We loved the view from the property but couldn't spend time out on the deck because of the "no see ums". It would have been nice to be warned of this before coming and maybe offered some options to combat them. But thats not the worst. Between the stained carpet in every room. The stained bedsheets and comforters. I would not stay here again. Also every sing chair for the beach where broken. The pool connected to our condo building was closed and they never disclosed that to us. We had to call and complain about it. They finally told us that we could use the pool on the property that was connected to the other condos. Overall would never stay again for how much it cost.

The property was nice, parking is an issue, there were some dirty clothes left from previous renter, there was nothing to sweep or mop with and a few other things. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed the place very much.

We loved our stay and the location is amazing. We were two families with kids from 4-13 of age . Pool was great we brought our SUP and we could paddle out to the dolphins and they were swimming around us, that was awesome and we are definitely coming back. Check in and out were smooth and easy. Unable to go due to hurricane

Mandatory evacuation so we were unable to attend. Have been in contact with Vrbo and property managers trying to get a refund, as it was for my sisters Bachelorette weekend and she gets married in two weeks. We had to book the mountains last minute and pay out of pocket again! And with such limited time until the wedding staying another weekend isn’t doable!! I really hope we can make this right!

Relaxing laid back getaway!

Great property for our girls getaway weekend! The property was clean and well supplied. I really appreciated the keyless entry system. No keycards to keep up with. Loved relaxing on the balcony watching the dolphins play every afternoon! They are in abundance around the shrimp boats. (Be sure to take a dolphin tour while you're there.) The property sits on the mouth of the Savannah river so the water was a little different than the typical Atlantic coast oceanfront. A walk around the point puts you in front of the Atlantic. We saw lots of interesting marine life on our morning walks, ie mushroom jellyfish, horseshoe crabs, blue crab, even a starfish! It was really cool watching giant container ships passing by throughout the day but do be very careful of the ship wake at high tide if you're near the point. Tybee is small and laid back, a perfect contrast against the crowds at big beaches. If you want more action, you can take a 20 minute drive to beautiful Savannah. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for some relaxing down time.

Annoying and aggregating

Elevator literally took forever. Very thin walls. Ceiling fan from the unit below was unbalanced so i heard knocking all night when i was trying to sleep. The tub is very small. Wife was looking forward to it but we couldnt use it. Would not recommend this community!

Great space for a family of 10

Our family of 4 plus our in-law family of 6 fit perfectly in these three bedrooms. The bunk beds were just right for the kids. The balcony views were beautiful. The location was close to restaurants and local sights.

Dolphin paradise

Great secluded location but no attention given to unit.

This was our first stay on Tybee Island, and the location of the unit we stayed in was perfect for a quiet, secluded, ocean front vacation. We arrived after hours and ran into an issue with our key card at the gate. We ended up calling the number listed on our papers, and the gentleman we spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful and got us through the gate. The beach outside of our unit was one of the most secluded beaches we have ever been to. It was also fun to watch the huge cargo ships go by. If you are looking for larger waves then I would suggest driving a couple of minutes down to the public beach in front of the lighthouse. The tennis courts were actually nicer than the pictures. I give the courts a 10 out of 10. Now for the unit we stayed in. There was zero attention given. I wish we could post pictures in reviews. The unit was so dirty and sticky upon arrival. We ended up wiping most of it down ourselves. My daughter found a used bandaid on the nightstand next to her bed, and there was a used razer in one of the showers. Again, I wish I could post pictures. The cable box never worked while there. This was most likely due to the pile of old coax cables on the floor next to the tv. The wifi was also not working, but I was able to resolve this by unhooking several unneeded coax cables and splitters. We tried making spaghetti one night, but the stove burner was not working. The note on the fridge states there would be a $25 charge for all non-emergency calls made after hours. Since I figured making spaghetti would probably not be considered an emergency, I ended up having to fix the stove myself. It's honestly like someone just comes in and makes the beds, and absolutely no attention is given to anything else. Even the light bulbs were a hodge podge of every color temperature imaginable. One nightstand had a very yellowish warm tint while the bulb in the lamp on the other side of the bed had a very harsh cool tint. Every room was like this. The island and location were just what we were looking for, I cannot recommend staying in this unit as it is currently maintained.

Awesome location! Highly recommend!

The unit is very roomy and a great location. I brought my mom, who is 90 years old and her three sisters. They had so much fun - lots of room in bedrooms and baths. Best of all, great gathering area in living room/kitchen area. Less expensive than hotel and there would not have been a place to socialize. So much fun to sit on balcony and watch dolphins and also enjoyed seeing the boats go by. Easy access to beach and great walking conditions. I have already recommended to some friends.
