Located just off campus, this cozy apartment features 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. With heating and AC, guests can stay comfortable year-round. The 2 full bathrooms come equipped with everything you may need. An additional living room space with a futon provides extra room for relaxation. The convenient location allows for short walks to campus while being removed from the busyness of Cumberland Ave. Enjoy all that Knoxville has to offer when you stay at our place.

When leaving the apartment, be sure to lock the door by pressing the button on the middle bottom of key pad until you hear it lock. (You may need to pull the door shut while you press the lock button)
The dumpster is located in the back right of the parking lot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
