Really, really loved the home. Probably the best Vacation Rental I have ever stayed in. However, both the Jacuzzi and the Sauna were not operational. In addition, even with a Memory Foam topper, the bed in the Master was like sleeping on a log. With a couple of tweaks, this place could go from great to fantastic.
We love the style of the home. It is a very beautiful and tranquil place. The decor is beautiful and the bathrooms were all clean and very nice. Check in was pretty simple. The location is great for getting out. Theres plenty to do in the area. The backyard is beyond stunning. We used the grill and sat around the outdoor fireplace to eat. It was so nice. The tennis court is amazing as well. Our only issues were that the pool was not really clean so we didn’t use it. Also, very few towels and blankets were available to use. Also there were lots of spider webs throughout the inside of the home and dead bugs along the window seals (especially in the living room). The housekeepers could do a little better when dusting and removing spider webs. We also couldn’t find a broom and dust pan to sweep. The trash cans were outside the gate as well so we had to walk all the way down the driveway and out of the gate to throw away trash for the first two days. These are honestly small things but I just want the owners to be aware so that they can advise the grounds-keepers. Other than that we loved the home so much and we will rent there again for our annual ladies retreat.
