About this property
Hadrian's Bluff: A 4 bedroom family friendly home overlooking Lake Michigan
Welcome to Hadrian’s Bluff, a charming large family friendly home overlooking beautiful Lake Michigan in Ludington Michigan. Spaced over 3 floors, easily sleeping 12, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home has space for adults and kids alike. Let the adults relax in 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed with panoramic views and access to the top deck. Enjoy your cup of coffee while you watch the boats go by or the eagles hunt. Let the kids spread out in their own space with 2 sets of bunk beds, one full and the other twin. The kids get their own bathroom, TV space with gaming system, and arcade game. There are tons of board games and puzzles to keep the kids (and adults) busy. An additional bunk bed with a trundle is on the top floor so the littles can be close to mom and dad.
When together time is a must, gather around the kitchen table which seats 12+ and enjoy an amazing meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Or dine al fresco on the lower deck and enjoy the breathtaking views of Lake Michigan. Cook on the built in BBQ grill and finish off dinner with s’mores from the fire pit. Maybe you will even be lucky enough to see the Badger car ferry come in or the wildlife in action while enjoying your meal.
There is something for everyone in this large family home including family movie night on the big screen TV with a giant sectional sofa.
The Ludington area has so much to offer. The public beach and boat launch is a mile up the road. Unfortunately, we lost our stairs and funicular due to erosion. Downtown Ludington, Stern’s beach, and Ludington State park are a quick 10 to 15 minute drive. Charming downtown Pentwater and Mear’s State park is 15 minutes south. Silver Lake sand dunes, Lewis Farms, and Stony Lake Stables in New Era are only 30 minutes away. Not to mention make a day trip up to sleeping bear dunes and drive beautiful M22 on the way.
In the winter enjoy a nice cup of coco by 1 of the 2 fireplaces after spending all day sledding or snow shoeing at the house or at the nearby state park. Snowmobiling trails are only a 30 minute away.
We would love to host you and your family. Whether you are just wanting a low key hang out at the home vacation or exploring all northwest Michigan has to offer, we would love to help you plan your adventure.
There are 3 security cameras on the outside of the house.

About the host
Hosted by Sarah Birn

We are from Leo, Indiana, right outside of Fort Wayne. We enjoy swimming, movies, and just being together. Our most favorite thing is spending time at our lake home. We have decided to share this amazing place with others.
What makes this property unique
Our lake home has been part of our family for almost 20 years. It was built with the views in mind. The sunsets, wildlife, and lake life makes this home one of a kind.
