You can’t miss this perfect location!!!
I love this neighborhood because we are 3 minutes away from the BEAUTIFUL 30a beaches and ~2 minutes away from the Bay ~Walmart are 5 minutes away ~ and ~GRAND BOULEVARD Shopping MALL is 6 minutes away . Restaurants like First Watch and Donut Hole are 4 minutes away and many other great places to eat . Many entertaining places to go as well.

What makes this property unique

I wanted this house to have a beach cottage charm with touch of a vintage cozy home .Also, I wanted to sit and relax at the Front Porch or just seat on the swing in the afternoon and breath the pure salty air. My purpose was to feel at home while going on vacation .
