The location is excellent, in addition to the building having the view of the sea, the locality has the necessary infrastructure such as:
Restaurants, bars, snack bars, bakeries, shops, ice cream, Japanese food, markets, all within a distance of 500 m maximum. In addition, you can enjoy a craft fair and various types of sweets and snacks that take place every Saturday and Sunday. A little further away you have shopping. Sometimes there are surfing championships on the beach.
