**This mountain home is clean and safe, but it is in the country and at times pests do get in despite our best efforts.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Put propane tanks next to the grill. • Put things back - leave the home as you found it. • Turn off gas fireplaces via remote or wall switch. Do Not turn off pilot light (extra fee applies).
• All trash bagged & in outside can (extra fee applies). • All appliances off - oven, stove, kitchen gadgets. • Check for personal items. We are not responsible for items lost or left behind.
• Turn off all lights (in/outside), TV’s, ceiling fans, etc. • Set the thermostat to 78°F (summer) or 50°F (winter). • Lock all windows and doors. • Check the front door is securely locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bookings are not accepted Fri-Sat for same-weekend check-in or the business day before an observed holiday for holiday check-in.
A signed rental agreement is required. The primary guest must sign and stay at the cabin for the entire booking. 4WD/AWD Required. No motorcycles.
No pets (even visiting pets), or smoking/vaping inside. Exterior security cameras are in use. Primary guest is liable for damages and extra cleaning.
