This Leeward Isles condo has been upgraded to include granite countertops and wood look flooring. This one bedroom condo has an open floorplan and lots of windows to give it a nice and bright feel. This condo is just a about a 4 minute stroll to Whitecap Beach, the seawall, the Packery Channel jetties for excellent pier fishing and close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Leeward Isles has a community pool and gazebo that you can also enjoy while visiting your new beach condo. This would make a great condo for beach escape or full time living. "Get on Island Time"!

No BBQ pit allowed inside of the condos or on the balcony!

Late Check-Out Policy:
Late check-out without prior approval will result in a minimum fee of $100. Any stay exceeding 30 minutes past the agreed check-out time without permission will be considered trespassing and may result in legal action and additional charges.
