Very nice and new apartment. Comfortable King Bed, large kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. While it states there is room for 5, we had three adults and a 10 year old and it was just the right size. Excellent communication from host.

Instructions were perfect getting entry into the house. Everything was done through the verbo app. Super super easy. I love the fact that the key was a chip. If you lose it, you're okay

The condo itself was very nice and comfortable. However, it was only stocked with a couple of cups and bowls, which meant we had to wash them everyday. There was 1/3 of a roll of paper towels. The biggest disappointment was the pool. We wanted to swim everyday, but there was algae all over the side of the pool, and I felt it was unsafe to swim in. We only saw 3 people go in the pool the entire week. The people at the main desk said it would be ready "next week". We have used vrbo many times and we have never been asked to submit a drivers' license, which made us uncomfortable. This particular unit had a very noisy upstairs neighbor--very heavy footsteps. Of course he may not have been a permanent resident. It would have been much more convenient to have a posted wifi password, so we didn't have to go back and forth with the host. A listing of the amenities would also have been helpful. I never found out if there was a gym, which we would have used, had we known about it. When we asked questions, the host was responsive however. It just would be easier to have these questions answered on a paper in the unit.
