Located in Jacksonville Beach, this condo is a dream. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, located on the ground floor with views of the ocean, sand dunes and palm trees. Easy access to the beach, just slide open the glass door and feel the breeze. Air conditioning, a washer and dryer and a full equipped kitchen will help make your beach getaway restful and easy. In addition, enjoy nearby water activities such as boating, surfing and fishing.

This condo has a clean and coastal look with serene colors and beachy decor. It has a King size bed with a very comfortable Stern and Foster mattress and 2 Smart TVs. A 35 inch TV in the bedroom and a 55 inch TV in the Living room.

There is a drip coffee maker and Keurig machine, so we've got you covered on coffee! There is also a charcuterie book and board to create your own platters along with wine glasses and a cocktail mixer if you care to create. There is a charging station available so you can keep all your devices charged up. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and some sand toys for the kiddos. But if you want to take a break from the beach, tennis courts and basketball court are less than a mile away at Huegenot Park. Pickleball courts are also near by. It is also conveniently located near many restaurants, breweries, bike rentals and spas to enhance your stay.

What a fabulous place! Nothing more to want for in a rental and I highly recommend. Great location just a short over the dune walk to the beach. Just as the pictures show. I will def stay here again!

This was our second stay here and we hope to return next summer. Location is wonderful, only a few steps over the dune from the back door and you are at the water. Very close to everything- restaurants, shopping, activities. I’m familiar with Jacksonville & Jax Beach(having lived there in college) but even if you aren’t, everything is easy to find and get to from the condo. The new murphy bed is a great addition to the space. The condo is very well appointed with everything you need- kitchenware, beach items, puzzles & games, bath & bed linens. The beach in this area doesn’t get very crowded, plenty of room even on a holiday weekend.

This is not a 10 rating....it's clean and well decorated but it's just ok and old. Bathroom was tiny. The view is a sand dune, but it is close to the beach. The bed is very comfy. I would not stay here again..

The unit was absolutely amazing! The decor was gorgeous, the extra sitting area next to the living room was very nice. Very spacious unit, well maintained, updated everything! The most comfortable bed and the shower was superb! I didn't expect a view at all being on 1st level with the dunes but there was a slight view which was so great. We will definitely visit again (when it's not so cold!). Also, the BBQ restaurant nearby is highly recommended! Thank you for letting us stay!

Perfect place right on the beach

We had an amazing week. The home was spotless, plenty of towels, dishes, and linens. The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes (out the back sliding door, up the dune, and you're there!). This was a perfect location for relaxing or accessing the many restaurants and shops along the coastline. The owners were very responsive to my plannkng questions and helping us get squared away. Thanks to them and their lovely place, we had a mich needed great time. We'd love to come back again!

My wife and I are in our 80s. We have rented at least 100 condominiums over the years. Yours was the best-equipped condo we have ever had. You had everything anyone could want, except a box of tissues. Pam, your house cleaner, met us as we drove in at the exact time that I had forwarded to you. She unloaded our very loaded car by herself, something we are not physically able to do. She assembled my special bad-back recliner. She showed up each time we had a question about how to operate something. She was great. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your unit and would highly recommend it to anyone considering the JAX Beach area.
