Updated ground floor unit that is tiled throughout, updated kitchen and baths. Unit has a king size bed in each bedroom as well as flat screen tv's. Wifi in the unit. Unit is located behind the pavilion, limited view...but, plenty of green grass right out your patio door. Dedicated Wi-Fi, seasonally heated pool, shuffleboard courts, covered pavilion with community grill. Located on the no-drive portion of beautiful New Smyrna Beach.
