She basically tried to throw a Fourth of July party at our property which she knew that we didn’t allow any events and we also reminded her that now is cool if 10 people come to hang out we don’t mind that but when it’s over 20 people and growing and also parking in our neighbors yard That’s bad trying to feed everyonenow to her credit she did ask could a few people come over and we told her yes we don’t mind how many people would it be and she said it’s hard to pinpoint how many but everybody will be outside by the fireplace and we allowed them to use the outside it was nothing wrong with being outside so we said cool but when over 15 to 20 people start arriving which we see on the camera and we seen nobody outside we asked her it’s too many people there and that some people will have to leave and when they didn’t leave after we told her that’s when we told her that we would call the police to remove everyone that we do not allow any events parties gatherings at our property just for that reason we do not have a water pipe leaking in the ceiling it’s not even a water pipe there and then she said something about the scratches on the wall and the bathroom being small basically trying to be spiteful but after everyone left we did not have any more problems she did have a couple people over which we didn’t mind just not a whole party and everything was great she seemed like she enjoyed her stay she was just salty that her party was ruined
