Our south-facing backyard means sun all day. The lanai covered yard means you can enjoy bug-free lounging outside, and our heated pool allows you to take a dip all year round.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, provide a photo of ID after booking to confirm minimum age requirement, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking, vaping, or parties allowed. One dog (max 50 lbs) is allowed with non-refundable fee.

Amazing spot for our family vacation!

The house was beautiful and felt very comfortable. Having a pool to relax at when not at the beach was awesome! There was more than enough room for our family and everything we could have needed was there. It was also located in a great area, with easy to get to beaches and restaurants/stores. We beyond enjoyed ourselves and for sure would stay here again! Nick was attentive when we had questions and extremely nice! Thanks again for an amazing stay!

The property was immaculate and spacious with updated decor, and wonderful attention to detail. We loved the patio which truly provided indoor/outdoor living. It was a great spot to unwind and relax. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect. It was a short drive to Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato. Nick, our host, was very thoughtful and every need was provided for - ample towels, throws, beach towels and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with several small appliances, a spice rack, and more than enough dishes and cooking supplies to accommodate a family of 5.The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the master bathroom was expansive with great hot water. There are TVs in each bedroom, plus a tv on the patio. Communication was excellent - if we had any question, Nick responded immediately. We had a fabulous time here and we will be back again. Our family loved every minute of our stay. It truly felt like home!
