This fully-equipped combo one bedroom and studio has amazing panoramic views, private balconies from each suite, and is located at the luxurious, Palms Place Hotel and Spa. AAA Diamond rated resort, that is just a couple miles away from the center of the Las Vegas Strip as well as the convention center.

These suites offer 1,835 square feet of luxury living space. Guests in the suites can enjoy free basic Wi-Fi Internet and free basic TV channels.

The one-bedroom master suite has a luxurious King size bed with high quality linens, gorgeous marble floors and a romantic tub that sits along the private balcony overlooking the Strip.

The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with state-of-the-art appliances such as an oversized refrigerator, electric flat top stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the dishes, utensils and cookware you'd need. The extra-long kitchen counter top doubles as extra seating for multiple guests, complete with 4 comfortable bar stools. Washer and dryer located in the closet in the front hall.

The full bathroom is marbled from top to bottom, and is complete with a giant walk-in shower, 3 shower heads and large soaking tub in the Master bedroom. There's a spare bathroom in the hall.
The living room has an ultra-modern sleeper sofa, wood-paneled walls, contemporary light fixtures, as well as stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that look out over the Strip. Kick back on the plush furniture in front of the 42” TV and relax.

Guests in this suite can enjoy free UPGRADED Wi-Fi Internet and Premium TV channels.

The SkyTube leads directly to Palms Casino where all the latest slot machines and all classic table games are available. A coffee shop and food court can be found in the casino as well as multiple restaurant selections, a movie theater, nightlife entertainment and bars.

A $100-$500 refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check in. The security deposit must be paid with either a debit or credit card. (No cash will be accepted)

A bit run down

The view and size of this apartment is amazing! The only thing was that there were many problems with the unit: no working TV, so many broken things, spill stains on the carpet, clogged sink, loose kitchen faucet.... I will say, that the response of the owners was super fast and attentive; however they couldn't fix any of it for our stay. It's not a 5 star quality, but a great unit none the less.

would not rent here again

was told i’d have balcony access. when i arrived on property they informed me i wouldn’t have balcony access. also the freezer and ice machine didn’t work in one of the rooms. and both T.V. didn’t work in the same room. call the property Manager said they have some come out the next day to fix the T.V. but no body ever showed up.

Nice property, great customer service!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful conjoined condo. The views of the strip are wonderful! We had one minor issue that was immediately addressed. The condo is off the strip, but only a short Uber ride away. Would definitely stay here again.
