Amazing grounds, pool, spa, & more!

IMPORTANT NOTES!! Please read our nightly requirements before requesting a reservation!! This serene and very private property is only five minutes from the Sonoma Square and very close to world class wineries and Napa County. We built this gorgeous 3,500 sq-ft home from ground up in 2013 with two things in mind: luxury and comfort!

Please read this about our minimum night stay: We have a five night minimum in April through end of May. We may occasionally do fewer nights if it falls during the weekdays or in between two reservations. We have a one week minimum from June 12 through August 20. For the Summer of 2020, we can accept three night reservations during weekdays. From August 20 through end of October we have a five night minimum. From beginning of November until end of March, we have a four night minimum but we would consider three night rental depending on the specific weekend. During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year, we have a one week minimum. Please send me a message if you have any questions about this, I'd love to chat!

Description: You will find here all top quality finishes, appliances, furniture, and amenities. Enjoy a swimming pool and built in hot tub. Enjoy outdoor lounge areas, large teak outdoor table under a trellis with grape vines, bocce ball court, and more. For kids, there are endless activities including swimming pool, outdoor playground (swings, monkey bars, etc), ping pong table, biking and more.

This is the perfect location in the wine country. It is very quiet and green. This home is 2 miles east of the Sonoma Square. You have access to all top quality wineries, most of them walking distance. Ravenswood, Buena Vista Winery, Sebastiani, Bartholomew, Gundlach Bundschu and other top wineries are a short walk or bike ride away. Of all wine country destinations, this location also is the closest to San Francisco, only 40 minutes away.

Enjoy a glass of Sonoma Pinot Noir on the deck, lounge by the pool, and enjoy an evening with the stars in the hot tub, all in an extremely private setting.

There is ultra fast wifi throughout the property, next to the pool, in all rooms and throughout the garden.

Unlike all the homes I personally stayed in the Sonoma Valley, this house is not built as a rental. Most rental homes in Sonoma look nice in pictures but are worn out when you visit them. They have old furniture, uncomfortable beds, dirty pools, etc. (no matter how nice they look in pictures). In contrast, this is a brand new home, built by the owners for the owners. We rent it only a fraction of the year. As such, it has all top of the line finishes, grounds, pool, furniture, kitchen, etc. The people who rented through other websites have said that this is the best house they have ever stayed in the wine country by far!

Here's the bedroom configuration:
* Room 1: Primary bedroom suite with a King size bed and grand, private bathroom
* Room 2: a Queen size bed, with a charming bunk bed. Ascend to the upper bunk, a cozy twin retreat Below, discover a spacious full-size lower bunk.
* Room 3: lavish Queen size bed. Adjacent to the bed, private ensuite bathroom
* Room 4: Brand new King bed
* Room 5: Brand new queen-size bed with a luxurious memory foam mattress along with a home office
* Room 6: Nestled adjacent to the main house, it offers the utmost privacy for a truly exclusive experience. An queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom awaits, providing a sanctuary of comfort and convenience

The main house has four bathrooms. Two in the bedrooms and two to be shared. The detached room has its own dedicated bathroom.

There is an additional fee required for heating the pool. Please inquire at the time of booking if you would like the pool heated for your arrival.

Important: Owner is severely allergic to pets. So absolutely no pets allowed. If you have a service animal, please disclose before requesting reservation.
*A damage deposit of $1000 will be held on your card used to book, for a period of 7 days, this hold will commence 2 days before your checkout
* We have a smoking-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in the House or in the common areas. If you smoke during your stay you must pay a $500 fine.
* We love animals too, but unfortunately we cannot allow pets on the premises
* The fruits and vegetables in the garden are intended solely for the owner's personal enjoyment. If you decide to bring home a basket filled with figs or tomatoes, a security deposit will be applied.
* The fire pit is not allowed to be used.
