This charming first-floor condo offers a fresh and modern retreat, recently repainted and updated for your comfort. Featuring one bedroom and one bath, the villa boasts a new king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a new queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Stylish travertine flooring runs throughout, adding elegance to the space.

The fully equipped kitchen shines with granite countertops, sleek cabinetry, and full-sized appliances. Enjoy your meals on the private balcony, which overlooks the Hilton Grande Ocean Oaks Resort.

For your beach outings, you'll find four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a paddle board game, a boogie board and a beach bag provided for your convenience.

Ocean Dunes 102 offers complimentary wireless internet and access to the oceanfront heated pool, which is open daily from 9 AM to sunset and maintained at a comfortable 82 degrees. The complex also includes a picnic area for your enjoyment.

Experience a blend of comfort and convenience at Ocean Dunes 102, where every detail is designed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The Ocean Dunes Complex is an oceanfront property approximately 70 yards from the beach on South Forest Beach Drive and just a short distance from Coligny Plaza and the Coligny Beach Park.

This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

Guests also have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks products!

Great location

Condo is located right on the beach. Short walk to pool and beach. 15 minute walk or short drive to many restaurants and shopping. Hilton restaurant/bar next door is a huge plus.

Great stay in Hilton Head Island

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. It has a great location with easy access to the beach and the pool area. Laundry is available on floors 2, 3, & 4 (coins only). Parking was convenient. It was nice that you could go next door to Ocean Oaks for a drink or food at their poolside bar.

Everything was great with our stay! When we first got there the condo had not been cleaned but they took care of it in a short amount of time. The manager even came and spoke to us and apologized. Very enjoyable stay

Excellent location!

Amazing location by everything a vacation needs; bikes, drinks, beach and food! The condo was quiet and we were not able to hear the neighbors. We had 1 issue the whole trip and it was resolved in hours! Highly recommend this location and vacation company!

Very nice.

Very nice condo in a nice location. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Only downfall is the pool is very small and gets really crowded. Also, the pool right outside the window is not apart of this property and you do not have access to it. Overall, our experience was great and we would recommend it to others.

The Just Right Week

Our first trip to Hilton Head island. The property is in just the right location. The beach a few steps away, the pool even closer. The property was clean and very well appointed. Only one concern, there are no staples available if you plan on cooking meals. We only prepared breakfast / coffee each day in the condo. It would be appreciated if the owner would allow staple items to remain in fridge for next guests. We have stayed many places who allow this, so helpful. We loved the location and the property- would love to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated in a quiet complex with a close walk to the ocean. The neighborhood and island location were incredible! It was surface clean however, a deep clean dusting is needed; the top of the televisions, headboard, lamps and ceiling fan blades were extremely dusty. I have stayed at other VRBO locations where such items as coffee filters, salt/pepper, extra trash bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil were provided; these would be a welcome addition. A few beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels would also be very nice to provide considering the proximity to the ocean.

Had 2 beaxh chairs and an umbrella for beach use. Beach was gorgeous. Didn't use the pool but it seemed very nice. The carpeting outside all the units had a damp smell to it. They mention a Starbucks next door at the Hilton bit it is just the ocean grill has Starbucks coffee/tea. It is not a fully functional Starbucks. My husband was very dad when he found that out. Would definitely stay at this building again. Thank you.

It was nice to see that they added beach chairs and an umbrella to the rental this year. I love that it's convenient to everything as well. The only improvement that I can think of would be to add a ceiling fan to the balcony, it can get quite toasty out there especially in the morning sun. I also like that the management company has added more umbrellas to the pool this year, I think adding another 4 umbrellas to the pool area would help quite a bit for having more shade. We had a great week!

The perfect getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time, staying in this condo. We absolutely love it and the location is perfect. Bike rentals are available across the street, it's a short walk/bike to Coligny and you can't beat the quick beach access. Check in is easy and I love that they have added keyless entry. The only things missing from the condo would be a pizza cutter for the kitchen and I would love to see some hooks installed on the balcony to hang wet clothes/towels to dry. The pool has a limited number of umbrellas for shade, so it would be nice to see more umbrellas added with small side tables to provide more shade.
