Experience unparalleled oceanfront luxury at Ocean Dunes 410. This beautifully appointed 4th-floor villa offers stunning, direct views of the Atlantic Ocean and provides everything you need for a perfect beach getaway.

The villa features:

Two Spacious Bedrooms: The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed with an additional twin loft, perfect for small children. The living room also includes a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Modern Comforts: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a combined living and dining area, and wireless internet throughout the villa.

Entertainment: Relax with your favorite shows on a 50" flat-screen TV in the living room, and additional 32" TVs in each bedroom.

Outdoor Bliss: Step out onto the private balcony from the living room to take in the stunning oceanfront view and the nearby oceanfront pool.

The heated oceanfront pool is available year-round, with a comfortable temperature of 82 degrees. Pool hours are from 9 AM to sunset daily.

Ocean Dunes offers complimentary wireless internet, and its prime location on South Forest Beach Drive puts you just 70 yards from the beach and a short distance from Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park.

This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

Great location. It was clean. Check in and out was easy. Only downside is furnishings are older and dated as is the building in general but we knew that going in so it was everything we were expecting and we were pleased. Would go back again.

While everything went smoothly with check-in and the great view and location, this unit needs some upgrading and repairs (part of wall in hallway was separating, kitchen cupboards need trim in some spots, bathrooms have chipped away paint and front bathroom needs a light in the shower as the only light comes from around corner above sink). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The place was very dated with some damages--pealing kitchen cabinets, old and crusty bathroom fixtures, couch was grungy, very used bedding. However, on a positive note, the management company sent their person out who took pictures of the issues. Hopefully, the owner improves the property because we would like to go back. We had a great time despite these minor issues.

I was looking for a relaxing, stress free getaway, and I was not disappointed. Condo was clean and provided a beautiful view of the ocean. I loved the location being just a short distance from Coligny Beach and Sea Pines as it was not as crowded or congested. The gentlemen at the office on check in was very friendly. He answered any question we may have had and made everyone feel welcome. Great for a small family.

Amazing Sunrise View

Great location for short bike to many key locations like Sea Pines and Colingy. Beach access is shared with the Hilton next door so is updated and very nice. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning over the ocean. Overall great location and perfect size for our family of 5.

May Beach trip- AMAZING View!

We were blown away by the gorgeous direct oceanfront view! We enjoyed beach sunrises and sunsets, lots of time on the balcony, and made so many family memories during our time there! It was a perfect spot for our family of four. Rooms had ample storage space with furniture and roomy closets to allow us to unpack and move in for our stay, along with linens and start up supplies included. We appreciated that! Everything about rental, check-in, check-out process was seamless and we would definitely stay again!

What a perfect condo for beach/ocean access and sunrise views from the balcony. Clean and pleasantly decorated condo. Balcony needs some love attention, as do the public areas, which smell like pesticides and mildew.

Loved the condo and the view was amazing!

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and was just a short walk to the beach. Loved that we could sit on the balcony and drink coffee while looking at the ocean and watching for dolphins. The only thing I would suggest is some new cookware. We had to buy a skillet cause the ones in the condo were in rough shape. Overall a very good experience and we would definitely come back to this condo.

Beautiful view

Loved the view and the location of the property. Short walk to the beach. Nice pool. Outside bathroom just off the beach. The condo was nice. The sliding glass door would not stay latched which was an issue when hurricane Helene moved through. Stayed up to keep the door shut. Guest room comfy mattress. King mattress not so comfy. Bathrooms could use an update.

Fantastic beachfront property

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and the location was perfect. There was abundant shopping, restaurants and bike trails within a very short distance. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The only negative I would add is that the condo isn’t fancy. The fixtures are old, the floor is squishy, and there wasn’t the typical personal touch of a welcome gift that I’ve experienced with many other vacation rentals. But what you do get is an amazing location, a clean comfortable place to stay and ease of use. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

Christmas vacation

Please was decent. Elevator was broken and we were not told about it before arrival. Condo was on the 4th floor. We had a lot of luggage and presents to carry up and down 4 flights of stairs which I ended up falling down. No accommodations were made for this massive inconvenience. We also didn’t have hot water on the first day.

Thank you for your review. As stated the elevator was not operational, but all guests were called and given an opportunity to be moved to another unit or the reservation cancelled with no penalty. We also offered all guests help carrying their luggage if they wanted to stay on the fourth floor. We felt like we did all we could do under the circumstances, to which we had no control. Call us again and we will see what we can do for a discount on your next stay.

Location is perfect with two teenagers in tow being far enough down from Coligny beach access to not be cramped on the beach. But close enough to ride bikes or walk to Coligny shops. Got fortunate to land 4th floor this year and the view was spectacular. Very family friendly. Tons of kids in the pool of all ages that are respectful and safe of the little ones but still have teenage fun jumping around the pool. We have a toddler also. Will be back to visit again every time we can

Easy Check-in/check out. Parking this year was a bit crazy as the lot was often at/over capacity. Apparently, this was due to owners giving away extra parking passes for the July 4 holiday. Otherwise, another awesome family trip. This years condo did require some maintenance (AC was leaking on porch carpet, master towel rack kept falling off, TV screen had a vertical pink line in it). The maintenance guys fixed the AC within two days. Thank you! We’ve stayed in better appointed condos at OD, but who comes to HHI for the condo decorations or laundry baskets, right? View from balcony was incredible as was the easy access to/from the world-class beach!
