Come and stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath mountain get-away. Hardwood floors and an open floor plan make this 1054 square foot home a great place to stay on your vacation. Convenient to beautiful mountain points of interest. One hour from Cherokee, NC. One and a half hours from Atlanta, Ga. Thirty minutes from beautiful Highlands, NC. Many hiking trails, waterfalls, hunting opportunities, and popular roads for motorcycle riders. There are numerous outdoor activities like hiking the Appalachian or Bartram Trail, bicycling, enjoy scenic waterfalls, golfing at two local courses, river tubing, white water rafting, horseback riding, zip lining, fishing, winter snow tubing, ice skating; and skiing. You can also experience our local mountain culture through Native American and Appalachian Cultural Sites and Museums, local performing arts centers, other music and entertainment venues, antiquing, curio shopping, thrift store shopping, unique dining establishments and The Fun Factory Amusement Center. A two car carport is available for vehicle/motorcycles. Sleeps 4 but a queen inflatable mattress is available for your use. Washer/Dryer included. I have listed below many local points of interest.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all used towels and leave in the bathroom floor. Take all garbage with you. I have provided the address to the recycle center on the refrigerator.
Please make sure both doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No open flames.
I meet all of my guests at check-in. If you show up with a pet you will not stay and I will not refund your money.

Quaint Mtn Home in Great Location!

Perfect home close to Franklin NC

Great communication from Leah prior to arrival and when she met us at the property. House was the cleanest property I've ever stayed in. Everything we needed was provided including plentiful linens, even for the hot tub. Easy and quick trip into Franklin downtown area. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great vacation home in Franklin

This was just what we needed for a 3 night stay in Franklin. The home was very private but still close to town. Enjoyed going to several waterfalls, Wayah lookout, gem mining and going to downtown Franklin. Loved the hot tub! Leah was a great host!
