Hot Tub - Cabin in Forest

Our cozy little A-frame is perfect for a romantic couples retreat or a family get away. Enjoy the mountain breezes while you relax on the front porch, hit the trails or star gaze while soaking in the hot tub. Enjoy watching the wildlife on our 2 acre property that meets up to the National Forrest. Nestled in the tall pines of Groom Creek, elevation 6,500 ft. We are located just 3 miles from Goldwater Lake and 6.5 miles from Whiskey Row and Courthouse square. It is quick drive to all the fun of downtown Prescott.

Stairs!! The cabin is perched on a little hillside which allows for amazing mountain breezes. But you will need to climb 4 stairs to the porch and possibly a ramp depending on where you park.

The kitchen’s fully stocked, and we’ve got you covered with paper products too. Just a heads-up—there’s no dishwasher. So you might have to wash a pan or two. But if that’s not a dealbreaker, you’ll be rewarded with peaceful forest views, visits from local wildlife, and cool mountain breezes on the front porch. Totally worth it.

While there’s technically space for more than four people, we really recommend sticking to the limit. There’s only seating for four and just one bathroom—so things can get cozy real quick. Trust us, your group will be a lot happier with a little breathing room

Amazing place to stay - definitely recommend! Owners were extremely responsive and friendly. Lots of wildlife roaming around, hot tub was amazing for after golf and hiking.

Such a great stay! Fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. Impressed with the filtered water spout, the fluffy towels and suggestions of what to do in the area. My kids loved putting peanuts out in mornings to feed the Stellar’s Jays and we all enjoyed sitting in the hot tub every night!

Great location with an easy commute back into town if need be. The cabin was clean and had the amenities needed for a weekend stay. This is just my preference, but the recliners might need an upgrade, I wish they were automatic reclining because when you tried to lay all the way back, the chairs would still spring forward and made you sit upright the whole time, just a personal preference. All rooms were equipped with their own cooling/heating systems which was great. The hot tub was easy to access and ready to use, our favorite part! Host was great at directions and parking suggestions as well.

It was a great cozy little cabin absolutely quiet all evening and night and the hot tub is a musk use when you rent this place. The property was super clean, including the hot tub easy check in and check out. Great little place for myself and my daughter for a quick weekend getaway. Only downside I would say is there’s only one bathroom and it is downstairs, but we managed just fine!

Wonderful stay in the pines, quiet and peaceful area. Home is very clean with so many touches so you feel right at home. Jacuzzi was fantastic! Great way to end each night. Perfect location for Goldwater lake, about a 6-minute drive. Owners are attentive and friendly. They put a lot of thought into this home but for others to enjoy.

Great cabin in the woods! A group of friends and I came up to golf Antelope Hills and needed a place to stay in the woods. Cabin had enough space and beds for 4 of us comfortably. Host was very friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here and likely will be back again in the future! I wish I would have read the binder in it’s entirety at arrival, I definitely would have filled the hummingbird feeder and fed the birds! Saw a couple deer walk by, the area is very quiet. Thank you for stocking coffee pods! Hot water was plentiful, patio view of the stars was great and the hot tub was the main reason we booked! Oh, and DoorDash found us easily so we could have a Pizza Hut pizza at 11:30 at night!
