⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Wonderful Guests!
Lauren was an absolutely fantastic guest! She was easy to communicate with, respectful of the space, and left everything in great condition. But the real highlight for our family was her super cool dog, Ducky! Which my daughter was beyond excited to meet and just as sweet as could be.
It was a joy hosting them both, and we would gladly welcome Lauren and Ducky back anytime. Highly recommend!
Amazing little off-grid tiny home in a perfect location! My dog and I stayed here while on a road trip & we had a great time at this little glamping setup. Plenty of space outside for camp cooking, sitting around a campfire, additional tents or running around with the dog. Shayne is a very attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed, and gave clear instructions on all the amenities. It's definitely a cozy space inside - it was fine for me & 1 medium dog but may be a tight squeeze for 2 people. Thank you Shayne & family for an amazing time!

Why they chose this property
The Applegate Valley is a hidden gem in Southern Oregon, offering a perfect balance of natural beauty, relaxation, and adventure. Nestled along the Applegate River, the area is surrounded by rolling vineyards, organic farms, and lush forested hillsides that change beautifully with the seasons. The river itself is the heart of the valley—perfect for swimming, fishing, rafting, or simply sitting by the water and soaking in the peace and quiet. Beyond the river, the valley is known for its welcoming small-town feel, local wineries, farm-to-table dining, and vibrant arts community. Outdoor lovers can enjoy endless hiking, biking, and scenic drives, with easy access to the Red Buttes Wilderness, Jacksonville, and the Rogue Valley. For me, this area is special because it’s not only incredibly scenic but also deeply restorative. Staying here allows guests to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience the authentic charm of life in the Applegate Valley.
What makes this property unique
Our property offers nearly 300 feet of private Applegate River frontage, giving guests a rare chance to truly connect with nature. In blackberry season, you can pick and enjoy fresh berries right from the land. Spend your days kayaking, snorkeling, or simply relaxing under the trees while watching local wildlife. The setting is peaceful and private, yet close to town and surrounded by organic farms, creating the perfect balance of peace and convenience.
