The main living area features a cozy living room with a cathedral wood ceiling, brick-accented walls, and large windows that bathe the space in natural light. The wrap-around balcony has covered and sun-filled areas, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped Kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ Grill and three guest rooms. The Master has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a set of bunkbeds (Twin over Full) on the top floor. The lower level includes an additional bedroom with a queen bed, full bath, and family room opening to a patio. With easy access to both the Gulf and Sound, Mellow Yellow Bungalow is the beachside retreat for you! 100 Yards to Beach Access on the Sound side.

4/5 stars due to the mattresses. The only mattresses that were actually comfortable are the bunk beds. Sleeper sofa was unable to be used with mattress so slept on sofa. Master bed you have to lay just right to not have springs in back. Property could use some updates as electrical outlets don’t hold in half the time. As far as location to beach access, phenomenal. As far as bay view from balcony phenomenal.
