We stayed at this property in July of 2025. What a great home for the week. Perfect beach location. So much to do in the surrounding area. And the house was wonderful for our family of 16. We had plenty of space to spread out but also to spend quality time together as a family. We would highly recommend this condo!

Friends Gathering

Awesome place to stay great location great ppl around just everything was great. Only thing that was a problem but solved very quickly was parking they give you 4 parking per unit but I think it’s only 12 parks out here.

Summer 2021

Everything with the condo was ok. Beds were horrible and our upstairs neighbors were very rude and problematic. Parking is a disaster your having to wait and see who is going to leave so you'll have somewhere to park. 3 parking passes are not enough. We made the best of it good condo just not for us.

Spring break 2021

Large, plenty of room for 12 to seperate. Could use a little updating. There were several roaches, not too uncommon at the beach, but still unwelcome. Parking very tight. Close to beach, but really no view.

Perfect fit!

I was very pleased with this unit! My family enjoyed a fun filled weekend at the beach. everyone had their private space. It was more than enough room for us all! They all want to come back for Christmas!!!

Great place to stay!

This is a great property for large family or friends get away. Very roomy and clean. Looks like it has been recently renovated. The only bad part was trying to check in. The address on my reservation sheet was not the correct address for the rental company. If you get a rental agreement and it has the address of 1401 Hwy 17-S you actually need to go to 1401 14th Ave. other than that no complaints at all. We will definitely rent this unit again if it is available the next time we come over with a large group.

Great Stay

Our family (17 people) had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of room, nicely appointed, great location. Will definitely return.
