Large Brick Farmhouse
This place is exactly as advertised & we had a great time! Large enough to fit not 1....not 2......not 3.....but 4 families comfortably. We were in Lancaster for a dance competition and the girls had a wonderful time. No matter what time they went to sleep, they were super excited to wake up to watch the cows come out of the barn every morning. As a non farmer, I couldn't get over how tranquil and relaxing the whole area was. Definitely a different experience. We're all looking forward to the next comp in Lancaster so we can book this place again!!

Our church group really enjoyed the home. Comfortably slept 18 people and was the perfect location for our weekend trip. The house was as described and exactly as expected.

My family has been farming in the Paradise area for 8 generations and I am the third generation to farm our home farm. Three generations of Hershey,s farm 180 acres growing corn, alfalfa, barley and soybeans. We use these crops to feed our 150 head of dairy animals.

Why they chose this property

My family has helped farm the Willow Brook Farm since the 1960's. Willow Brook was built in 1867 by the Groff family. When the last surviving member was entering his final days he wanted our family to own Willow Brook as appreciation for all the time we had spent taking care of him. We bought the farm to expand our crop acres and to also provide additional housing for our cows.

What makes this property unique

Willow Brook was a upper class farmhouse at the turn of the century which hosted parties for the elite of the day. We have worked to keep that old feel, but with all the benefits of living in the twenty first century.
