As you step inside the Kiwanda Beach House your eyes go straight through to the mesmerizing views of this stunning stretch of Oregon's dramatic coastline. Instantly your frame of mind shifts to a more relaxed way of life. The special architecture of the Kiwanda Beach House allows for up close panoramic views of pounding surf, sunsets, headlands, whale watching, Haystack Rock, well it's endless.

Experience oceanfront living in this 4 bedroom house with 2 king size beds and a TV on each level. This is truly a special place having one of the king bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living areas, wrap around deck and garage with a BBQ all located on the street level.

Head to the shoreline to explore miles of white sand beach or stay in and embrace the simplicity of beach life. Happiness starts oceanfront!

The house is located beach front. However, there is a sand dune in front of the house that can become steep, do to the changing ocean tides and wind that move the sand around. Please use caution when climbing the sand dune to the beach, No fires aloud on upper beach by the house.

This is a quintessential beach house. Comfortable and homey. It’s not fancy, nor does the listing present it that way, but it has everything you need in addition to one the best views you’re likely to find in the area. Pacific City is laid back and quiet, which is a major difference compared to the Cannon Beach or Newport areas. We’d stay here again without hesitation.

The weather was stormy, but the marvelous view and comfortable home made our trip very nice. Plenty of games, great local information, and a home that provided for all our needs made for a memorable time. A coastal storm is exciting if you stay in a place like this.

The views from this house are absolutely phenomenal! The house was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It was nice having one bedroom on the main floor so mom didn't need to go down the stairs. If you're looking for an oceanfront retreat to relax with family, play games and watch the ocean waves, look no further! We are already planning to make this an annual trip!

This place felt like it could be the setting for National Lampoon's Beach Vacation, and I mean that in a good way! It lived up to the description and other reviews, was well appointed, clean, and the views were great. We didn't take advantage of many of the outside amenities during our stay as our time was short due to other family activities and showers/rain in between, but could see they were well stocked. The good sized garage was also very nice so we could load & unload folks inside when the rain showers hit.Having several bedrooms worked well for our group, just remember only one is on the first floor with the others down a somewhat narrow, curving stairway sharing a bathroom. As one review mentioned, grab bars for the upper bathroom would be nice as we were traveling with an elderly person using the upstairs bed/bath and it was a little harder for them to step in/out of the tub/shower.However, it was really nice for them to only have a few steps to get in/out of the home and to be able to stay on the upper floor for pretty much everything.And finally, comms with Katie from the rental management company were very good!
