This newly remodeled ocean front home with an ocean view hot tub is a true beach cottage with spectacular ocean views, cozy furnishings, and shabby chic charm. Beach Haven is located in the beautiful beach community of Road’s End, Lincoln City and features a lovely, grassy yard and large enclosed deck. Barbecue dinner while watching waves crash on the shore below you. Relax in the ocean front hot tub as the sun dips below the great Pacific. With easy beach access just steps away from your front door, you can rest assured that your time spent at Beach Haven will be full of relaxation, fun, and sand in your shoes!

We were right on the beach! I loved hot tubing and seeing the beach and hearing the waves. It was a good place for two friends to meet and enjoy several days.

Had a great time with an amazing view

Only issues were hot tub needed cleaning and was out of chemicals but staff had guy there right away to fix it.

Best getaway

We had two families with young kids all at the house and it was just perfect! Loved that the kids had a room on one side of the house and the parents got to stay on the other. We loved all the outdoor space and such easy access to the beach. We will be back!

Just what we needed

We had an amazing get away! This house was perfect, it was cozy and made everything simple being so close to the beach. Kids were back and forth to the beach right from our backyard. It was nice sitting around the fire out back and watching the high tide waves crash right underneath us. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful location, cozy home.

This was a beautiful little home. What the bedrooms lack in size is made up by a huge family room and beautiful kitchen. The living room furniture could use an update, but the mattresses in the 2 main bedrooms were very comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful stay.

Good beach stay

The house was clean, location was great. We had a few little things like the propane was out on the grill, and the bed linens were not great for the price point of the property. But over all the house was great.

Great time and place!

We went for the end of spring break. It was perfect for me, my partner and our 3 kids under 10. The weather was typical rain and no rain. Nice to have a hot tub with a ocean view and the beach access was perfect for kids who like to go in and out!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location!

I wanted to be close to the beach - and this home gave me the beach! ! We had a few mobility challenged members in our group, and this home and it’s beach access was a perfect fit! We enjoyed every night with cornhole and a fire on the grass, with the beach roaring in the background. We are already planning next year!

Best beach house ever

I can not believe how well this beach house checked all of our boxes and at such a good price. We plan to come back and stay longer. So many places on the Oregon coast are "on the beach" but without beach access. This had perfect beach access and having the hot tub and lawn right on the view of the beach was fantastic. The outdoor shower wasn't working and that was a bummer, but other than that we loved it.

Great location and cute house

The location right on the beach was awesome. The hot tub and general layout is really nice. We had some issues with appliances not working, particularly the clothes dryer. Management told us the week before our trip that it was broken and said they'd fix it during our stay and did not. We had a little trouble with people wandering into our yard and deck from the public beach access that runs along the side of the house. Sort of awkward.

Exactly as described- lovely location

Beautiful beach location, comfortable beds, comfortable seaside deck and firepit. I know it’s a little thing, but I loved that fridge had an ice and water dispenser. Had everything we wanted other than a deck umbrella ( which we purchased for our time there) and we stumbled on a glass float on the beach to keep one day on an afternoon walk! Slight snafu with door code not working upon arrival which Metedith properties handled for us. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is in a great location and very close to the beach. It's cute, cozy and clean. It comfortably slept all seven of us. We all loved the house and would easily stay here again.

Loved the deck, hot tub and fire pit. Waking up to views was breathtaking. Only downfall was the bunk beds, we were 3 couples and it was set up more for a family bringing children.
