Guest Access:

You will have full property access including the fire pit and game room/ arcade. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and private game room/ arcade. Due to local noise ordinance, we do require all guests to cease outdoor activities after 9PM to keep the noise down and the neighbors happy.

I chose the Crab House because I had a lot of teenage athletes with me and I wanted it to be fun at the place we stayed w/o needing to go other places. They really liked the backyard fire pit area, and I loved that we had many communal spaces to eat, talk about the day, plan for the next day, etc. The place was clean, the neighborhood seemed safe (and resplendent with Spanish moss), and parking was easy. Rooms were comfortable, host communication was great. Would absolutely stay there again!
