25 Exeter Blvd, a beautiful three bedroom ranch home, is in excellent condition. Located in beautiful Eastward Look, it's just a short walk to Scarborough Beach. New rugs throughout, 10 x 20 deck, new outdoor shower, and new kitchen appliances. Large living room with cathedral ceilings and fireplace. WiFi internet and Cable TV provided. Fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area. Sleeps 6 adults. Washer and Dryer. Close to neighborhood playground and tennis court. Perfect for a family vacation!

Family Vacationers: Enjoy a week at Scarborough beach. This comfortable home with new appliances and carpeting is within an easy walk to Scarborough. 3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 6. Very spacious yard with large deck and outdoor shower. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Free WiFi and Cable TV. Washer and Dryer in basement. Various beach toys included.

College Students: Rent in Eastward Look at a very affordable rate. Natural Gas Heat system. 3 spacious bedrooms and 1 large bathroom. Washer/Dryer and all kitchen appliances. Home and furniture in excellent condition.

In regard to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we wish to remind renters that the property will be cleaned thoroughly in between rental reservations to ensure sanitation.

Rough shape!

The property is not the same color in person and the furniture is slightly different as well. Everything was falling apart. The shades fell down, the screen to the slider literally kept falling off the tracks. The closet doors came off the tracks. the tiles pulled up when walking in the bathroom. We had ants the first day we were there all over the kitchen counters. They had to send a pest company out. We were very disappointed to say the least. They need to do some work before they rent this again.
