4/1/2025 UPDATE: Turtle's Tiki Bar & Grille and Shima Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar are open to our rental guests. Sundial Resort is offering Sundial Daycation passes from Wednesday to Sunday (main pool, beach chair, and umbrella service) on a limited basis through March 31, 2026 (reservation required: 866-565-5093 or sundialresort.com for details and cost). Also, discounted Sundial Resort day passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis ($25/day adults, $15/day kids) with valid proof of rental booking. No advanced reservations accepted. Availability of these day passes is not guaranteed, as advance sale day passes can sell out.

Welcome to Sundial R203, a lovely Gulf-view condo perfect for your ultimate island getaway! You'll find a bright, airy living space adorned with warm, coastal-inspired décor, creating a tranquil ambiance for your vacation. The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a spacious living room that opens onto a private screened lanai with water views.

This Sanibel Island vacation rental is part of the luxurious Gulf-front Sundial Beach Resort & Spa. Our guests can access many of the resort's amenities, including the beach, the HOA Pool for the R-S-T buildings is still closed until further notice, but guests can use the O-P-Q pool, tennis and pickleball courts, BBQ Grills, and resort restaurants and spa. Thoughtfully appointed with all the comforts of home, Sundial R203 ensures a memorable and rejuvenating stay on Sanibel Island.

Roomy and perfect!

We loved our stay at this roomy condo with a view of the ocean. The decor is cute and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with every tool and dish, big empty closets, and the beds comfy and big. Also handy to have a washer/dryer in the unit! Thanks.
