As a guest, you’ll have access to your villa plus community amenities, including the Arnold Palmer course, Pro-Shop, clubhouse bar and restaurant, resort-style pool, and walking along the waterfront. The Villas are located close to our Salmon Creek Waterfront Park which includes beach access, day dock and firepit area.
Chowan Villa 122 is a 3BR/3.5BA luxury ranch villa inside Occano, the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course. Sleeping up to 6, it features a master with queen bed and two rooms with twin beds. Enjoy a large, screened porch, stocked kitchen, Smart HDTV, ultrafast Wi-Fi, premium linens, and coffee. Guests have access to the pool, clubhouse dining, bar, and golf.
