We had a perfect stay! The view from the lanai was breathtaking. We spent 3 hours every morning enjoying g the sound of the waves and spectacular view. The condo was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy our morning coffee and visits to the beach. Thank you for making our stay on beautiful Kaua’i absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful ocean view — although a main road was close by, you didn’t really hear it or notice it. It was easy to get around from this location. The condo was very adequately stocked, everything was super clean — excellent stay.

Beautiful view from the lanai! I loved the proximity of the ocean. The highway is nearby as well, but the ocean sounds covered the noise . The bed was comfortable and the kitchen more than adequate for our needs. Great central location for trips to Waimea Canyon, North Shore, Poipu, and Kapaa. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great location, but the stay had multiple issues. The kitchen had an unresolved ant problem, and while moldy curtains and unsafe cabinets were fixed after reporting, overall cleanliness was lacking, including a dirty dryer. For the high price, the condition did not meet expectations and a cleaner hotel would have been a better value.

Restful getaway

Peaceful and serene, this area is easily accessible to Lihue, Princeville and Poipu. There are good restaurants all around and Kapaa is full of kitschy shops and sights.

10/10 but...only the bedroom has A/C. We stayed mid-October and it was over 80 degrees inside the unit everywhere but the bedroom. The balcony door has a screen but very little airflow comes through. Everything else was great. The provided beach chairs were great to have. Lae Nani Beach is just a very short walk away. Free parking was nice. This is a great spot to stay if you plan on exploring all sides of the island (which you should). We spent the majority of our time on either the north side or south side, so it was nice being in the middle. I highly recommend snorkeling at Poipu Beach and also going to Hanalei Bay. A Na Pali Coast boat tour is a must. The Jammin' Banana and Aloha Liege are great breakfast spots in Lihue. Taco Libre food truck in Koloa was incredible. Merriman's happy hour Mai Tais also a must.

Paradise

This property was just as advertised in the paradise of Kauai. We felt we were very centrally located on the east side of the island, only 10 minutes from the airport and 30-45 minutes to the south and north shores. The condo felt super private and you wouldn't even know you had neighbors. The pool was amazing and so clean. We would definitely rent again!
