WildPine 5-bedroom house nestled in the pines
This 5-bedroom house in Black Forest (minutes from Colorado Springs) is perfect for your escape. With 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a bunk room with TWO twin-over-full bunk beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. There are two full bathrooms (one is shower only) and each are equipped with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for added convenience. There is also a bonus room with foosball and en extra TV for the kids/teens to hang out! The large kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, and there is dining space for at least 12. Need to do laundry? No problem! There is a full size washer and dryer. Enjoy the forest views from the large deck and serene atmosphere of this amazing 5-acre, forested property. There is plenty of parking on the large driveway and hiking trails a short walk away. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.
Guests have use of the entire main floor which includes all 5 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, bonus game room, living room, and deck. A separate apartment is downstairs with its own entrance. There is no cross-over of living space.

We have lived in Black Forest for over 7 years now and love calling it home. There are only two traffic signals out here in our neck of the woods, yet we can be shopping and at our favorite restaurants in ten minutes. We are looking forward to sharing our forest with you! We hope every family will enjoy the Colorado experience of towering trees and friendliness!
Why they chose this property
Black Forest is one of the most coveted areas of Colorado Springs due to its quiet, forested location. We are minutes from shopping, the Air Force Academy, Monument, Falcon, and all of north Colorado Springs. However, we sit on 5-acres of Ponderosa Pines and meadows. It's quiet and peaceful.
What makes this property unique
No traffic. No neighborhood noise. No neighbors 10 feet from the house. We love the quiet and the trees, and we hope you'll enjoy it too. There are hiking trails at the end of our road and not a day goes by without wild deer and turkey parading across our property. Being out here in Black Forest makes you feel like you are truly in the Colorado mountains.
