Gorgeous, updated, and newly painted inside and out, this Modern Farmhouse is large enough to accommodate 14+ friends or family members to join you and make vacation memories together. It sits on five private acres in the country but is close enough to dine at favorite area restaurants or bars in less than 15 minutes.

Don't want to eat out, you will find a gourmet kitchen large enough to cook for all of your family and friends, with appliances and seating, including:

Additional folding chairs are available in the laundry room closet if needed. 

Our past guests rave about the bedroom spaces, which feature comfortable bedding and linens, as well as the serenity of sleeping in the country.

The main-level master boasts a king-size bed and an ensuite 5-piece bath. The bath includes an oversized freestanding soaking tub and an enormous grotto shower with two shower heads, including a 12" rain-head.

Off the master, you'll find another room on the main level with two twin beds to accommodate small children or older adults who don't want to go upstairs.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms have incredibly comfortable beds, one King and the other a queen, with two bunk beds for extra sleeping options. Each bedroom has a private entrance to an enormous split 4-piece bathroom. The bathroom has two vanities, separate from the shower and commode, so larger groups can get ready simultaneously. The tub is also an extra-large, oversized soaking tub.

Downstairs, you'll find another King-sized bedroom and an additional Queen bedroom. Those bedrooms share a lovely new bathroom with a spacious, luxurious shower featuring body jets, a hand-held shower nozzle, and a large, oversized rainhead showerhead. Sleeping arrangements accommodate 14 people in luxurious beds, with additional air mattresses available, for a total of 20 guests. We provide extra sheets, blankets, and pillows for the air mattresses in case you need to use them.

The loft area upstairs offers a substantial 60-inch television and a comfortable La-Z-Boy leather dual-reclining couch.

A game of pool or ping pong in the finished basement. The area features a bar with over 8 barstools and tables for your entertainment.

The theater room has a dual-reclining leather sofa from Lazy Boy, a loveseat, and pillows and blankets for your comfort. There is even a massive bin of children's books down there, should you want to escape for some quiet time with your little ones.

Enjoy your favorite tunes with a Sonos system piped throughout the main level while enjoying the large selection of family indoor games or reading your favorite book.

Experience tons of outdoor enjoyment on the supersized deck, back patio, or front porch:

Each has either a gas or wood-burning fire pit.

The front porch offers a porch swing, two rocking chairs, and a small propane fire pit.

On the deck, you will find seating for 4-6 people around the outdoor table and an additional four around another fire pit. Enjoy dinner under the stars with a natural-gas 4-burner Weber grill featuring a side burner.

On the back patio, you will find:

Four Adirondack chairs surround a large natural fire ring off that patio, where you can enjoy some s'mores, hot dogs, or even toss some steaks on the natural fire pit. Yup, we have the roasting sticks too. We would like to ask you to check fire restrictions and to bring your own firewood.

A large outdoor play area for you to enjoy games such as cornhole, croquet, or tossing the football around, or if you don’t mind chasing the balls, bring your own golf clubs to hit some balls off the back yard.

Enjoy a game of basketball too.

Finally, soak away your busy day under the stars in a hot tub large enough for 8 of your favorite people. Each chair has a different hydrotherapy experience. We clean it well so that it sparkles before your arrival.
