The 3 bathrooms come equipped with all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. Our ranch house is equipped for both long and short stays to make your visit one to remember. Recently renovated, this ranch house is a spacious 4-bedroom, three full bathroom, single story home situated on a 68-acre working ranch located between the towns of Shelby and Industry Texas. It is ideally situated near Round Top (12 miles), Fayetteville (9 miles), Industry (6 miles), Shelby (4 miles), LaGrange (25 miles), New Ulm (11 miles), Brenham (21 miles) and Bellville (21 miles). This location is an easy drive to everything this region has to offer. Enjoy the peaceful overlook of meadowland and pastures from the front porch. Beyond the back porch sitting area is a lighted BBQ and picnic space ready for your outdoor entertainment. The ranch house has a spacious kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials and all new appliances. The open dining room and living room area includes a smart LCD TV, with an app that allows viewing all local Houston TV stations plus all the usual streaming services. A soundbar with Bluetooth is also provided. High Speed internet via Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. The location is very quiet except for an occasional cow mooing and has a great view of the starry skies on clear nights.
