The romantic residence is located just a few blocks from Shell Beach, less than 3 mi from award-winning Siesta Beach & short distance (less than 4 mi) to downtown Sarasota where restaurants, shops & cultural activities abound.

The villa opens to outdoor living areas with terraces on each level for enjoying the beautiful environs. Recently renovated and professionally-decorated, Villa Siesta offers exquisite living spaces featuring 4/5 bedrooms, 5 and a half baths, a bright open floor plan on second floor with chef's kitchen with eat-in island, dining area overlooking canal, bar with lounge seating and large family room area also overlooking canal. Want to dine al fresco? Open the French doors and enjoy the additional outdoor terraced dining area overlooking bay and city views. You won't want to leave this enchanting property with the added graciousness of a spacious living room with fireplace, library and master bedroom suite on third floor, all with open views of bay and city. Bedrooms boast private baths to add to privacy and relaxation. A three stop elevator allows for easy access to any of the many spaces and features including bumper pool/poker table and ping pong table on first floor.

Location was perfect water view looking out to Sarasota. Lots of birds, dolphins and manatees in our water way.Pool was a huge hit for whole family. Owner was very responsive on some minor needs. Will definitely do this again.

This house and location was amazing! It’s located about 2 miles from the main Siesta Key beach which was easy to get with the golf cart we rented. The pool and outdoor living areas were perfect for our friends and family.

We've stayed at many Siesta Key properties over the years and this was our favorite house out of all of them. We watched dolphins and manatees swim by. We rented a motor boat and kayaks which made a huge impact. The house was well stocked with cooking items and the host was very accommodating.

This is our 3rd year at this beautiful home and we just love it! MJ is so great to work with and very responsive and the house, pool and property is stunning. We saw dolphins and manatees right from the dock, rented kayaks and kayaked to the sandbar for sunset every night and fished off the dock daily. It was just perfect!

If you’re looking for an amazing house in Siesta Key you can stop here. Absolutely beautiful property that you won’t want to leave. MJ is a fantastic host that made sure we had everything we needed. We watched dolphins from the dock everyday, the sunsets were spectacular, and our families had plenty of room to spread out and relax. This property is perfectly located close enough to the beaches but far enough for a peaceful retreat. Stay here. You will love it.
