This was my primary home for a long time. I currently reside in Charlotte and only come back to Asheville for visits. The upstairs is the primary home, the lower private apartment was built for my mother who has passed away. I have just completed updates to the unit with new furniture, painting and decor. I have typically only rented for mid-range rental for traveling professional and I am new to using the unit for VRBO.

About me: I am recently married. My husband and I love traveling, dancing (West Coast Swing), biking, boating and spending time with family and friends. We love exploring and finding good eats (both abundant in Asheville and Charlotte). I have two grown children and four grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

The home is my private second residence. I love the quiet street and abundance of trees. The location is outstanding and so accessible to downtown Hendersonville and Asheville accessible without having to use an expressway.
