Nikita was a very responsive, gracious, and accommodating host! Excellent location to walk to LaSalle Bakery for breakfast and The Abbey for lunch, dinner, or drink at their bar. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would certainly recommend and would definitely stay again!

I had a great stay. I was in town visiting some family, and it was great place unwind amd relax after some long days. It was within 15 minutes of everywhere that I needed to be, the check-in and check-out were easy, the place was clean, and it was comfortable. Overall, no complaints.

The place was very cute. It is a good place to stay. When the host says to ask for parking, she doesn’t mean ask for a parking pass on the day you arrive. She means you need to reserve parking ahead of time so that another car can be moved. I encountered a misunderstanding about parking, and though I tried to work with the host, she got really defensive and told me I was problematic as a guest. She did indicate that I was the only person who had ever had that kind of problem with her before, and it must be me. So maybe it was me…Anyway, just wanted to let you know. Maybe we both were having a bad day.

I’m sorry that you felt I was defensive as you disrespected me through messages. I only request to be informed about parking prior to arrival so I can have my car moved ahead of time. To be prepared. I offered to move and you rudely declined as it was a misunderstanding. My apologies you didn’t read my house rules and information associated with this listing. Better luck next time and safe travels

The outer door lock was not functioning properly. We were not able to get in on the second night. Fortunately there was someone there to let us in.The stairs to the basement were steep and should have a railing on each side. The description of the property should indicate there are stairs. The issue with the tv was quickly resolved and much appreciated.

Thank you for your feed back. The door was simple fix of putting the batteries back in place for some reasons unknown they were knock out of place. I apologize for the stairs as a basement apartment is not handicap accessibility friendly. The tv was simple unplugged. I am grateful you enjoy your stay. Safe travels

This delightful, spacious basement has been decorated and appointed with care. The bed and couch are both comfortable and laden with pillows, the towels smell great, and there are lots of little details to make you feel at home…from lotion in the bathroom to a tiny waffle iron in the kitchen. If you’re looking for a private, cozy place to stay, in a nice residential neighborhood, look no further.
