sunny, calm, 60sqm apartment with 2 rooms for up to 2 adults. Same price for 1 or 2 adults (+1 child possible)

Residential, calm, family oriented, yet 3min to subways. Across organic food store, supermarkets and diverse restaurants/cafes. Calm, yet close to nightlife and sightseeing. 4th floor, no elevator. rooms have an adjoining door, kitchenette in big room. Hallway between the 2 rooms and bathroom.

The space is just as good for a couple (+1 child), 2 friends or 1 person. The apt is very calm and has light, as if you where in the country side. The wooden floor, minimalistic furniture with well chosen colours and white walls will give you a serene feeling. The big tables and excellent internet are perfect for work as well as for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The kitchenette has anything you need from coffee maker to lemon squeezer to the oven and plates and glasses/ cups. The bathroom has a shower, no bathtub. There will be enough of pillows, sheets and towels for you. You will have an iron, hairdryer, a washing machine, dryer and anything you need for your comfortable stay. Looking very much forward to hearing from you! The backyard offers space for bikes as well.
