The Flute Player is one of our 2 cottages in this small community of rentals. It is in the heart of Medicine Park! Enjoy a 3 minute stroll to the shops, galleries & restaurants, or a short drive to the many activities the area has to offer. Flute Player is perfect for your weekend getaway, romantic retreat, reunions or military graduations. Some of the cabin amenities include: fully equipped kitchen, AC & heat, screened in porch, streaming TV & complimentary coffee, tea & bottled water.

Check in is 3:00 pm or after. Lockbox codes will be sent at the 3:00 check in time unless prior arrangements have been made.

Double occupancy is included in the price. After 2 guests, each additional guest is $10/night.

Pets are allowed for $25 per pet per night. Guests are required to pick up after their pet. Strictly enforced

Upon checking out, please wash the dishes, take out the trash, & lock the doors & place the key back in the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
WELL BEHAVED pets are welcome! Pets must be house trained and announced. $25 per pet per night Please pick up after pups. The pet rules are enforced
Absolutely No Smoking inside the cabin or on the porch. Signs are posted. Guests will be charged $250 for smoking violations.

The Flute Player is a quaint cottage with everything you need for a relaxing trip. The space was very clean and inviting with a beautiful snowy screen playing music on the tv when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Mount Scott is just a few minutes drive down the road. We recommend this property and host 100%!
