This two level flat offers a floor of living space separate from sleeping quarters. The space comfortably furnished with - 1 queen bed in the master, 1 full bunk in the second bedroom, and 1 pullout queen couch in the living room. Each bedroom also has its own smart TV - Ample street parking is available for those traveling with a car. The apartment features - High speed WiFi - heating and air conditioning - Hardwood floors - Beautiful natural sunlight. The kitchen is fully equipped with filtered water machine, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. This condo has a full washer and dryer for your laundry needs. -Shower Toiletries (Shampoo & Body Wash) NOT provided.
Guests are not permitted to park directly on Wylie Street, as it requires DC resident parking permits, you will be ticketed. The parking garage in the rear is separately deeded for Unit 2, so our Unit 1 guests are not permitted to use the space.
As a curtesy, we provided one garage parking space 3 blocks from the property. If you have more then one car please inform us to assist with additional (free) options. Paid street parking is available off premises at Union Station with the free street car running from that location to the home.

Metrorail & Metrobus
Washington, DC has one of the safest, cleanest and most efficient transportation systems in the world. Metrorail and Metrobus are the most convenient ways to get around DC, with Metrobus providing connections for locations not serviced by Metrorail.

Walking & Biking Around DC
One of the best ways to experience Washington, DC is on foot. The city’s wide sidewalks meander past the inspiring monuments and museums found on the National Mall, as well as the intimate museums, world-class theaters and splendid gardens in the city’s collection of neighborhoods.
Additionally, Capital Bikeshare has over 350 stations across DC, Virginia and Maryland. Its fleet includes more than 3,000 bicycles, and the system is easy: simply join (options range from a Day Key to a year-long membership) and access bicycles 24 hours a day.
Home is best for 6 guests however we have added a pull out sofa for those looking to travel with lower cost (sleeping 8).
Any excessive noise disturbance caused by any guest on the property (including excessive noise caused outside of DC Quiet Hours of 10pm-7am) will cause a termination of your stay under Airbnbs `Community nuisances policy` which is as follows:
