Luxe Living House Rules & Departure Memo
To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review and follow the rules below during your stay:

🏡 House Rules
A valid photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport) is required after booking for guest verification.
No pets allowed – a $500 penalty fee will apply if violated.
Maximum of 4 guests to stay in the unit.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
No commercial photography or video production allowed.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit.
Self check-in is available via keypad entry after 3:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM sharp.

🧼 Before You Leave
We appreciate your help in keeping the space beautiful for future guests. Before check-out, please:

Gather used towels and place them on the bathroom floor
Return guest parking pass to entry table - a $25 fee will apply if not returned
Throw away all trash in the designated trash bins
Turn off all lights, appliances, and TVs
If you have any dirty dishes, please start the dishwasher before checkout
Ensure the entry door is fully closed and locked
